Longo Renovates Science Lab Classrooms at NJ Middle School
The Eisenhower Middle School, part of the Roxbury School District, located in Succasunna, NJ is home to grades 7 and 8. With the focus at the school on their STEAM Program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics), newly updated classrooms are required to accommodate these disciplines. Not only are science lab tables needed, but increased storage for materials are essential to teach these subjects.
In order to meet these needs, Longo Labs worked directly with the school buildings and grounds department in the space planning, selection and installation of furniture for three science classrooms.
Taking advantage of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ), the school was able to obtain high quality furnishings, without the burden of the time and expense. This purchasing contract does the ‘legwork’ of finding the suppliers with quality products, at affordable prices. The science lab furniture products in the renovation included:
Wood Laboratory Casework, Sheldon Rinse-away Sink/Wet Area Workstation, Teacher’s Demonstration Desks
